Accessibility Statement
We want ITG & Co. to be straightforward to use, including for people with disabilities or those using assistive technology.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
ITG & Co. provides downloadable PDF guides to help people understand official UK forms and applications.
We recognise that visitors have different needs and may use the internet in different ways. Some may have visual, hearing, physical or cognitive impairments, while others may rely on assistive technologies or alternative ways of navigating a website.
Our aim is to make information clear, readable and as accessible as reasonably possible. We welcome feedback that helps identify and resolve barriers.
2. Using Our Website
These are important accessibility considerations for our website. We have not yet completed a formal audit to verify every feature across all devices and assistive technologies.
Readable Information
We aim to use clear language, descriptive headings and readable text so visitors can find and understand information more easily.
Mobile and Desktop
Our page layouts are designed to adapt to different screen sizes, including mobile phones, tablets and desktop computers.
Assistive Technology
We recognise the importance of screen readers, keyboard navigation, browser zoom and other assistive tools, and aim to identify problems that interfere with their use.
3. Adjusting How You View the Website
Your browser or device may offer tools that make websites easier to use, including:
The availability and effectiveness of these features may depend on your browser, device and the particular page or feature you are using.
4. Accessibility of Our PDF Guides
Our products are delivered as downloadable PDF documents. Most modern computers, tablets and smartphones can open PDF files using suitable software.
Depending on the PDF, the software used and the document’s accessibility structure, you may be able to enlarge text, use reading tools or print the guide.
We cannot currently guarantee that every PDF is fully compatible with all screen readers or other assistive technologies. Some document features may present accessibility difficulties.
If you experience a problem reading a purchased guide, please contact us. We will review the issue and consider what accessible assistance or alternative format can reasonably be provided.
5. Known Limitations and Ongoing Improvements
We have not yet carried out a comprehensive accessibility audit against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), so we do not claim that the entire website or all downloadable guides meet a particular WCAG conformance level.
Some features, third-party payment pages or downloadable documents may not work equally well for all visitors or assistive technologies.
We aim to review reported accessibility problems and make reasonable improvements where practicable, taking account of the nature of the problem and available solutions.
6. External Websites and Payment Services
Our website contains links to official UK government resources and uses Stripe Checkout to process purchases.
External websites and payment services operate their own platforms and accessibility arrangements. If you encounter an accessibility issue while using a third-party service through our website, please let us know so we can consider whether assistance is possible.
7. Reporting an Accessibility Problem
If you find something difficult to access or use, please contact ITG & Co. and explain the problem.
