Your Privacy Matters

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and aim to keep the information required to operate our website and deliver our downloadable guides to a minimum.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. About This Policy

ITG & Co. operates www.itgandco.co.uk, providing independent downloadable PDF guides for UK forms and applications.

We do not require visitors to create customer accounts, complete personal questionnaires or provide details about their health, finances or family circumstances to use our guides.

Some limited personal information is nevertheless processed when you purchase a guide, receive a download link, contact us or use the website. This policy explains those activities.

2. Who Is Responsible for Your Information?

ITG & Co. is responsible for deciding how personal information is used in connection with its website, customer orders and support enquiries.

Contact ITG & Co.

Website: www.itgandco.co.uk

Email: itgmail@yahoo.com

Contact page: www.itgandco.co.uk/contact/

3. What Information Is Processed?

Purchasing a PDF Guide

When you make a purchase, the checkout requires information such as an email address so your order can be confirmed and your guide delivered. Limited transaction information, including the product purchased and payment status, may be retained automatically by our payment and delivery systems.

Payments Through Stripe

Our payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes the information required to complete a payment. We do not ask customers to provide full payment-card numbers or card security codes directly to ITG & Co.

Email Enquiries

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information included in your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry or investigate a purchase or download problem.

Website Operation

Our website hosting, WordPress and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and server logs as part of operating and protecting the website.

4. We Do Not Collect Your Form Answers

Our guides are ready-made downloadable documents. You use them independently alongside your official application.

We do not ask customers to upload their completed government forms or provide personal answers as part of the guide-purchasing process.

Please do not send us medical records, benefit claim details, identification documents, passwords or other sensitive personal information by email unless there is a specific, legitimate need and an appropriate secure method has been agreed.

5. Why Information Is Used

Personal information is processed only where necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes, including:

Confirming purchases and delivering paid PDF guides, as necessary to perform the purchase contract.
Responding to customer enquiries and resolving download issues, under the purchase contract or our legitimate interests in providing customer support.
Meeting applicable tax, accounting and other legal obligations where retention of transaction records is required.
Maintaining website security and preventing misuse or fraud, under our legitimate interests in protecting the website and its users.

We do not use purchase information for unrelated marketing simply because someone has purchased a guide. Where a separate activity requires consent, we will seek that consent as applicable.

6. Third-Party Services

Our website uses third-party services where needed to operate, take payments and send email communications.

Stripe: Handles secure online payments. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Website hosting and email providers: May process the minimum information needed to host the website, maintain security, send order emails and handle correspondence.

These providers may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted international transfer is subject to UK data protection requirements, appropriate safeguards or other lawful transfer arrangements must apply. We do not sell customer information to advertisers.

7. How Long Is Information Kept?

We do not maintain customer questionnaires or personal application files. Information processed through checkout, email or website systems is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilling purchases, resolving support issues, maintaining security or meeting legal requirements.

Transaction records may need to remain available for applicable tax and accounting purposes. Customer emails and technical logs should be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, subject to relevant legal and operational requirements.

Purchased guide download links normally expire after 30 days. This is a limit on download access, not a guarantee that payment-provider or transaction records are deleted after 30 days.

8. Cookies

Our website and its providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential website functions, security and payment processing.

Where non-essential cookies require consent under applicable law, that consent must be obtained before they are used. For further information, see our Cookie Policy.

9. Your Data Protection Rights

Under applicable UK data protection law, you may have rights to access personal information, request corrections, ask for deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, receive portable data in qualifying circumstances, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. For example, certain transaction records may need to be retained despite a deletion request.

To make a privacy request, email itgmail@yahoo.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10. Complaints and Concerns

If you are concerned about how personal information is handled, please contact us so we can investigate your enquiry.

You may also raise a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Information about your rights and how to complain is available at www.ico.org.uk.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if our website, payment arrangements, service providers or legal obligations change. The date at the top of the page indicates when the policy was last updated.
