Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before purchasing or using a downloadable PDF guide from ITG & Co.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. About ITG & Co.
ITG & Co. operates www.itgandco.co.uk and sells downloadable PDF guides designed to help customers understand official UK forms and application procedures.
Our products are independently published informational guides. They are not official government forms, personalised form-completion services or professional advice.
For enquiries about these terms or a purchase, please email itgmail@yahoo.com.
2. Our Digital Products
Each product consists of a downloadable PDF guide covering a particular form or application. Guides may contain explanations of official questions, practical suggestions, fictional examples and checklists, depending on the product.
The individual product page describes what is included and the price payable. Please read that description before purchasing to make sure the guide covers the form you need.
Our guides are supplied electronically. No printed copy, official application form or personalised assessment is included unless expressly stated on the product page.
3. Prices and Payment
The price of each guide is displayed on its product page before purchase. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before the customer completes payment.
Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Each guide is sold as a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. We do not automatically charge you again for the same purchase.
An order is accepted when payment has been successfully confirmed and the purchased digital content is made available through our delivery system. If a payment cannot be confirmed or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.
4. Delivery and Download Access
Following a successful payment, our system makes the purchased PDF available through a protected download link. A download email is also sent to the email address used at checkout.
Download links normally expire after 30 days. We recommend downloading and saving your purchased PDF promptly. The expiry of an access link does not remove your statutory rights in relation to the digital content.
You are responsible for entering an email address you can access and for using a device or software capable of opening standard PDF files.
If your payment was successful but you cannot access your purchase, check your spam folder and then contact customer support. We will investigate delivery problems and provide the appropriate assistance or remedy.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
As a UK consumer purchasing digital content online, you may normally have a statutory 14-day cancellation right, subject to the legal rules governing digital content supplied during that period.
Where digital content is supplied before the end of that period, the statutory cancellation right is lost only when the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied. These include the customer’s express consent to early supply, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of cancellation rights, and the required contract confirmation.
Simply making a PDF available to download does not, by itself, establish that these requirements have been met.
If the requirements for loss of the cancellation right have not been satisfied, you may retain your applicable statutory right to cancel. Nothing in these terms excludes your legal remedies for digital content that is faulty, not as described or not supplied.
To request a cancellation or refund, email itgmail@yahoo.com. For more information, see our Refund Policy.
6. Permitted Use of Purchased Guides
When you purchase a guide, ITG & Co. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read, save and print reasonable copies of the guide for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may use the information in the guide to help you understand and prepare your own official applications.
Unless we give written permission, you must not resell, redistribute, commercially reproduce, publish or upload the complete guide for others to download. These restrictions do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
7. Using Our Guides with Official Forms
Fictional examples are illustrations only. Do not copy an example answer unless it truthfully reflects your own circumstances. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you submit to an official authority.
Government forms, questions, eligibility rules and submission procedures can change. Always consult the current official form and instructions before completing or submitting an application.
Buying a guide does not submit an application, pay an official government fee or create an entitlement to a benefit, licence, permission or other decision.
8. Independent Information, Not Professional Advice
ITG & Co. is not part of, affiliated with or endorsed by the UK Government, the Department for Work and Pensions, HMRC, the DVLA or other government departments.
Our guides provide general information about forms and administrative procedures. They do not constitute personalised legal, immigration, tax, financial, medical or welfare advice.
If you need help deciding which legal or immigration route to take, interpreting your personal eligibility or dealing with complex disputes, consult the relevant authority or an appropriately qualified or regulated adviser.
9. Accuracy, Updates and Availability
We aim to produce clear and useful guidance based on published official information. However, official procedures may be revised after a guide has been prepared, and a PDF may not reflect every change made by the relevant authority.
We may revise, replace or withdraw guides where appropriate. Product availability and prices may also change over time. A later revision is not automatically included with every previous purchase unless expressly stated.
If you discover a possible error or outdated instruction in a guide, please contact us with the product title and relevant details. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Intellectual Property
The original written content, layout and presentation of our guides and website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, subject to the rights of third parties and applicable exceptions.
References to government departments, official forms, form numbers and public information do not imply government ownership of ITG & Co. or an endorsement of our services.
11. Responsibility and Legal Rights
Our guides are intended to assist with understanding paperwork, not to guarantee any particular application outcome. The relevant government department, court or other authority remains responsible for its own decisions.
We are responsible for supplying our digital products in accordance with the contract and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights relating to digital content.
We do not accept responsibility for decisions made independently by official authorities or for inaccurate information a customer chooses to submit, except where the law makes us responsible.
12. Privacy and Customer Information
We do not require customers to submit completed government forms or personal questionnaire answers when purchasing our ready-made guides.
Limited information is processed as necessary for checkout, payment confirmation, delivery and support. Please read our Privacy Policy for further details.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our products, website operations or applicable law.
The terms applicable to an individual purchase are generally those provided at the time the purchase is made, subject to applicable law. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest published version.
14. Applicable Law
These terms are intended for an independent UK business supplying digital guides to consumers. Applicable consumer protection laws, including any mandatory protections in the part of the UK where a customer lives, continue to apply. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer’s rights under mandatory law.
