About Our PDF Guides
What exactly am I buying?
You are purchasing a downloadable PDF guide that explains a particular official form or application. Depending on the product, it may contain question-by-question explanations, fictional examples, preparation tips and checklists. The individual product page explains what is included.
Are your guides official government forms?
No. ITG & Co. publishes independent explanatory guides. Our PDFs are not government application forms and cannot be submitted instead of the appropriate official documents. Official government forms are generally available free from the relevant authorities.
Do you fill in forms for customers?
No. We sell ready-made informational PDF guides. We do not collect your answers, complete applications on your behalf or submit paperwork to government departments.
Do I have to follow the example answers?
No. Examples are fictional illustrations to help you understand a question. Your answers must accurately describe your own circumstances. Never copy an example if it does not apply to you.
Can I use a guide with an online application?
Some guides cover both paper and online application processes. Check the individual product description. Online forms may present questions in a different order or format, so always follow the current instructions shown in the official service.
Orders & Payments
How much do the guides cost?
Prices are shown on each guide’s product page before you purchase. For example, our PIP Quick-Fill Companion is currently priced at £9.99. Different guides may have different prices.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each guide is sold for a one-time price. Buying a guide does not enrol you in a recurring subscription.
How do I pay?
Select the purchase button on the guide’s product page. You will be directed to a secure checkout powered by Stripe, where the available payment methods are displayed.
Will I receive a payment confirmation?
After a successful payment, our system provides access to your guide and sends an email containing your download link to the email address used at checkout. Please check that your email address is correct before paying.
Downloading Your Guide
How do I receive my PDF?
After successful payment, you can access the download through the purchase confirmation process. A link is also sent to your email address so you can retrieve the PDF.
What if the email doesn’t arrive?
First check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us using the email address you entered at checkout and tell us which guide you purchased.
Do download links expire?
Yes. For security, our download links normally expire after 30 days. We recommend downloading and saving your purchased PDF promptly. If your link expires before you have downloaded the guide, please contact support.
Can I read the PDF on my phone?
Yes. PDF files can be opened on most modern phones, tablets and computers using a compatible PDF reader. You can also print the guide if you prefer working with paper.
Refunds & Customer Support
Can I request a refund?
Yes, you can contact us to request a refund or report a problem with a guide. As our products are digital downloads, statutory cancellation rights can depend on whether you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this would end your cancellation right. This does not affect your legal rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or cannot be supplied. Please see our Refund Policy for full information.
What if my PDF won’t open?
Try opening the PDF with a different reader or device. If the file appears damaged or the download isn’t working, contact us so we can investigate and help you access the product you purchased.
How do I contact ITG & Co.?
You can email itgmail@yahoo.com or visit our Contact page. For order enquiries, please include your purchase email address, approximate payment date and guide title. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.
Official Forms & Applications
Does buying a guide submit my application?
No. Purchasing a guide does not create, submit or pay for an official application. You remain responsible for completing the relevant official form and submitting it to the appropriate authority.
Does buying a guide guarantee success?
No. Our guides help explain paperwork; they cannot determine eligibility or guarantee that an application will be accepted or approved. Decisions are made by the relevant authorities according to their rules and evidence requirements.
What if an official form changes?
Government forms, processes and eligibility rules can change. Check the latest official form and instructions before using a guide. If you believe one of our guides contains outdated information, please contact us with the guide title and details so we can review it.
Can ITG & Co. advise me on my personal circumstances?
No. Our PDF guides provide general explanations, not personalised welfare, legal, tax, financial or immigration advice. If your situation requires professional judgement, contact a suitably qualified adviser or the relevant official organisation.
