What Can We Help You With?

We can assist with enquiries relating to our published guides and purchases.

Need Help with an Existing Order?

After a successful purchase, your guide is made available through a download link and a confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If your download link has expired or is not working, contact us using the form above and we can investigate.

When contacting us about an order, please include the name of the guide, your approximate purchase date and the email address used at checkout. Do not send your full payment card details, passwords, medical records or other sensitive documents.

Please Note

ITG & Co. publishes general guidance to help people understand official forms. We cannot complete an individual’s application, assess benefit eligibility, provide personalised legal or immigration advice, or contact government departments on a customer’s behalf.

For enquiries about an existing government application, official decisions, deadlines or eligibility, contact the relevant government department or a suitably qualified adviser directly.
